Viewing My Tax Forms in Employee Center

Viewing Your Tax Forms

To view your tax forms:

1. From the My Self Service menu bar item, click the Tax Forms link.
   The Tax Forms page opens, displaying a list of tax forms by type.
   
   
2. Click View on the far right of the item you wish to view.
   A web communication box opens.
3. You may choose to Open or Save the document.
